George III Mahogany Linen Press, circa 1785

A late-18th century mahogany linen press with a cavetto moulded cornice. The pair of panelled doors inlaid with crossbanded ovals, each with ebonised and boxwood strung surrounds, enclosing three slides, over two short and two long graduated drawers.
